    Founded in 1999, Jiangsu Xinglida Gear Co., Ltd. is a specialized manufacturer in gears with a total investment of RMB 150 million. The company is located in an ancient water town—Xinghua, Jiangsu and has two factory premises by West Wuli Rd. and Chengnan Rd. within the provincial Xinghua Economic Development Zone, covering a land of 100,000m2 and building area of 40,000m2. The company was awarded “Jiangsu Hi-tech Enterprise” in 2007, “Jiangsu Demonstrative Enterprise in Labor Security and Faith” in 2011 and “Jiangsu Hi-tech Product” for its pump gear. 

    The company now has about 500 employees, including 60 ones of medium and senior technical titles and 80 ones engaged in production development and quality control and management, and has built Taizhou Research Center for Pump Gear Technology for researching and innovating in gear technology. 

    Starting from high level and high quality, the company possesses excellent manufacture equipment and advanced technology, e.g., 500 sets of machineries which mainly include: the machining equipment such as CNC lathe, CNC hobbing machine, gear shaper, gear shaving machine, electron beam welding machine, supersonic flaw detector, CNC internal and external end face grinding machine and superfinishing machine, the finishing equipment such as Italy SU CNC hob grinding machine, and the heat treatment equipment such as Austrian Aichelin or German Ipsen made heat treatment production line and automatic thermostatic normalizing production line. Besides, we have complete testing means and tools, including gear measuring center, gear profile and direction detector, image measuring instrument, talysurf, universal tool microscope, chemical analyzer, micro hardness tester etc. 

Our main products fall into: high-pressure pump gear, automotive transmission gear, automotive synchronizer, gears of construction machinery, gears of agricultural machinery etc. The products attract a wide group of clients including USA PERMCO, Italy CASAPPA, Foton Lovol, Shandong Lingong Automobile Axle and Gearbox, CNHTC Datong Gear, Jianghuai Liu’an Gear, USA IDEX, Germany KPM and other large corporations at home and abroad. The company has passed ISO quality system certification and other second-party certifications by construction machinery and automobile parts manufacturers, such as USA PERMCO, Italy CASAPPA.
